Do we make everything to order?

We try to predict what people will order to reduce waiting times, so not everything is made after you order it. Our predictions are not perfect and often we need to make something after you order it.

 

How long after you order will we send it?

If we have already made what you ordered, we will almost always send it to you on the same day you order. If we need to make something to order, it can take up to 14 days in some cases to complete a piece.
