Refund policy

We want every Bronze Betty customer to love their purchase. If you have any questions at all, please contact us. We love hearing from our customers, the people who support us and people who want to provide us with feedback.

 

Change of mind

We offer a 30 day change of mind returns policy. This means that if you return the item within 30 days of purchase, we will provide you with a full refund minus a restocking fee. Depending on the item there may be a restocking fee of up to 20% to cover our costs.

We do not offer change of mind for products that were made to order or customised.

 

Damaged or Faulty items

Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all items immediately and notify us of any damages or faults. We offer a full refund for any items damaged during shipping or faulty items. Please contact us immediately if this situation occurs.

Items damaged after you receive them are not covered by this policy.

 

Proof of purchase

Proof of purchase in the form of a receipt is required for all returns, change of mind or damaged/faulty items.
