What type of shipping do we offer?

We offer free shipping for all products anywhere in Australia.

 

Do we ship internationally?

The answer is Yes and No. The website does not currently offer shipping outside of Australia. We can ship outside of Australia if you get in contact with us.

 

Who do we use to ship our products?

Bronze Betty ships most of our products via Australia Post, though other shipping options can be organised if requested.

 

How long will it take to receive your order?

We are a small manufacturer of Bronze Art, so often our products are built to order. If we have stock it will take approx 3-7 days to receive your order (based on Australia Post). If you order before noon, your order will be shipped before noon. In the cases when your product isn't in stock, it can take up to 14 days to receive your order.
